Acceptable use policy
Last updated 2026-10-06
This policy forms part of our terms of service. It exists so that one customer cannot make the service worse, or riskier, for everybody else.
Do not use the service to
- break any applicable law, or help somebody else break one
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- send unsolicited bulk email, or anything a reasonable person would call spam
- store or distribute malware, or anything designed to damage a system
- impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation
- harass, threaten or defame anybody
- host content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or promotes a terrorist organisation
Do not attack the service
- no probing, scanning or testing the security of our systems without written permission
- no attempting to access a workspace or account that is not yours
- no interfering with anybody else's use of the service
- no circumventing rate limits, usage limits or authentication
- no automated scraping of the service
Do not abuse the free trial
One free trial per person or organisation. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free usage is a breach of this policy. We flag suspicious signups for review; we do not block anybody automatically, because that catches innocent people on shared networks.
Security research
We welcome reports. Email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue. If you act in good faith, give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing, and do not access or modify data that is not yours, we will not pursue a claim against you.
What happens if you breach this
We may suspend or terminate the account. Where it is reasonable to do so we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where the breach is serious, or continuing it would cause harm, we may act immediately.
